Seven years ago I have started my journey in this field. I have joined Mehta Cad Cam with a blank slate with just theory and thematic of marketing.
Traversing my journey through exhibition and advertisement incharge to now as International Business Development in Mehta Cad Cam has given me a lot more opportunities to grow myself as an individual. My work ethics, drive to learn, and willingness to give my best to the organization I work for.

I defy industry norms by travelling, despite the fact that this was a basic requirement for any candidate handling international profile, male or female. The changing industry paradigm requires a shift in society’s attitude toward women, in order to empower and motivate them to use their skills to their maximum potential in their particular fields of work.
Q. How can women entrepreneurs broaden their horizons and become inspiring leaders of tomorrow?
I’m glad, we now have so many examples of women who are motivating leaders and defying preconceptions. One thing that all of them have in common is that, they haven’t let their gender stop them from pursuing their aspirations or passions.

Regardless of gender, a pandemic has a broad impact on everyone’s life.

Ms. Sudha Murthy’s renowned phrase is one of my favourites, “Be dependent upon yourself and know the courage has to be born within you. It takes time but you have to work for it”.
